1.Procurement of Non-Woven Fabric Raw Materials:
We prioritize the procurement of environmentally compliant, wear-resistant and durable non-woven fabric raw materials. Based on the needs of bag products (e.g., stiffness for tote bags, softness for storage bags), we select raw materials with suitable grammage and texture to ensure the quality of bag fabrics from the source.
2.Raw Material Feeding Process:
Precision feeding equipment is adopted to control the amount of raw materials according to the production formula, ensuring the raw materials are uniform and free of impurities. This prevents uneven thickness of non-woven fabrics caused by improper feeding, which could affect the flatness of subsequent bag cut pieces.
3.Non-Woven Fabric Production:
Raw materials are processed through specialized production lines. Production parameters are adjusted based on bag uses (e.g., high load-bearing capacity for commuter bags, water resistance for gym bags) to create non-woven fabrics with moderate density and qualified strength, suitable for manufacturing different bag styles.
4.Film-Wrapping Packaging of Non-Woven Fabric:
The finished non-woven fabric rolls/sheets undergo individual film-wrapping to isolate dust and moisture. This prevents fabric contamination or moisture damage during transportation and storage, ensuring the fabrics remain clean and intact when delivered to the bag production workshop.
5.Boxing of Non-Woven Fabric:
Fabrics are stored in separate boxes according to the specifications required for bag production (e.g., cut piece sizes and quantities). Cushioning materials are added inside the boxes to avoid fabric folding damage, facilitating on-demand retrieval by the workshop and improving the turnover and usage efficiency of bag fabrics.
